Congress of the European Society for Diseases of the Esophagus

Dear Colleagues,

We cordially invite you to participate in the 2013 Congress of the European Society for Diseases of the Esophagus, which will take place in Rotterdam, October 31st - November 2nd 2013.

A truly multidisciplinary program has been designed with a large faculty of renowned international experts, covering both malignant and benign esophageal and junctional disorders. Please click here for the detailed program.

Two precongress courses will be organized for a limited number of participants:

a. Hands-on precourse on "Minimally Invasive Esophagectomy", making use of the unique facilities in the Skills Lab of the Erasmus MC;

b. Precourse "Live and Interactive Clinical Endoscopy" at the Dept. of Gastroenterology of the Erasmus MC.

Yong Investigators are invited to submit abstracts for free oral or poster presentation. For submission instructions, please click here.

The city of Rotterdam can be easily reached (either via Rotterdam-Airport or via Schiphol-Airport with its direct 30 min railway connection to Rotterdam Central Station. It offers many attractions (e.g. boat trip through Europe's largest harbour, several musea, visit to nearby Delft and The Hague.
