JDDW 2026 will host the 68th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Gastroenterology, the 112th Congress of the Japan Gastroenterological Endoscopy Society, the 30th General Meeting of the Japan Society of Hepatology, the 24th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Gastroenterological Surgery, and the 64th General Meeting of the Japanese Society of Gastrointestinal Cancer Screening. The first JDDW was held in 1993 and has become one of the largest scientific meetings in Japan, with 24,300 participants in 2024. By bringing together physicians, researchers, and medical staff from various specialties in the field of gastroenterology, JDDW has been disseminating the latest knowledge and medical technologies across a wide range of fields, not only within specialized areas but also across other disciplines.
