MEMBERSHIP FEES

We have recently implemented a secure online e-commerce system to make paying your membership fees more convenient. If you would like to pay for your fees online, please click here.

If you would prefer to pay your fees either by post or fax, please follow the specified payment instructions outlined in the membership invoice last sent to you to in the post. If you have changed address recently and have not received a payment reminder, you can advise the ISDE Secretariat by sending an e-mail with your correct details to isde@isde.net

APPLICATION FOR ISDE MEMBERSHIP

If you would like to become an ISDE member, please fill out the online application form. You will be requested to pay your membership dues (US$225) by protected online settlement. Online payment is possible with VISA /MasterCard /JCB /Diners/American Express credit cards.

When the ISDE Secretariat confirms your application and payment, your membership card with a receipt, a membership directory, etc will be mailed to you. The official journal `Diseases of the Esophagus' will be sent directly from the publisher.

If you cannot access the online application form, please download a PDF version of the application form.
Fill it out and send it to the ISDE Secretariat in the USA by fax (1-323-442-5825) or e-mail (isde@isde.net).
Please make sure to also send it by airmail and keep a copy.

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. The annual dues are US$225.
2. Payments are to be made on first joining and thereafter at the beginning of each calendar year.
3. The official journal "Diseases of the Esophagus" is published six times per year.
4. The annual dues cover the subscription cost of the journal, including postage.
5. Membership can be voluntarily cancelled at any time.
6. Annual dues are non-refundable.
